How to automatically update your phone contacts

After you’ve downloaded your phonebook, just say a contact’s name to have SYNCTM call them. With auto-updating, your contacts will be updated each time you connect your phone.

Press the Phone button.

Scroll and select Phone Settings by pressing OK.

Your vehicle should be parked, the engine running and your radio on. Overseas model shown

Select Phonebook Preferences.

Select Auto-download.

(Your phone may ask to give SYNCTM access to your contacts. Select OK.)

Even if SYNCTM is automatically updating your contacts every time it connects to your phone, these details are only accessible when that particular phone is connected.
